Weld Schedules

Weld Schedules

The following table represents weld schedules as produced from experimentation with various materials in our labs.  The recommendations are starting points and are provided as references to help in the development of weld schedules for your needs.  Since actual alloys and the masses of materials will vary from the schedules depicted in our tables, your final schedule will be determined by making slight adjustments in the parameters

Percussion Welder Team

We Strongly Recommend Varying A Single Parameter At A Time And Testing The Result.

By utilizing this approach, schedules yielding the best strength and cosmetic appearance will be easier to achieve and patterns become apparent during the experimentation process. See These Weld Schedules based on dissimilar materials.
